Trying out this glaze finish for my Steampunk ceramics. Photos don't do it justice, it's beautifully moody, variegated and satin smooth. Little bit taken with it 🖤 Behind the scenes in the studio, making up test glazes, trying different materials to see what works. Meet Tiny Terry What can I say, sometimes I even surprise myself. So much fun making this very sculptural teapot. I started it before I went to Bali and I finished it today. I'm (not so quietly) doing a happy dance after coming back from @gayacac after an extraordinary 2 weeks. There were some teary farewells as we left the @gayacac after an exceptional workshop with @stuartgair . What a guy!! 😊 Next instalment of my stay in Ubud. My lovely group are having a fantastic experience at @gayacac Gaya Ceramic Centre with @stuartgair Here's a quick photo dump from our Ubud adventure. Such an intriguing and wondrous place.
